In the fall of 2009, I was on the hunt for a web host provider. I searched the internet for reviews and "top 10" posts for providers of web hosting services. I also talked to a couple of my marketing mentors to see what they might suggest. There were a couple of the providers that showed up multiple times as highly recommended. On top of that, if you go to Wordpress.org, they even suggest a few that they have dealt with over the years. I selected their top choice, BLUEHOST.COM and signed up with them.
Currently, they charge $83.40 per year (all prices in US dollars), which includes one domain (or website) and very good phone support. Each extra domain that you add is an additional $10.00 per year or $14.95 per year with their whois privacy option (blocks the public from finding your name and address when looking into your domain whois information).
